The group have arrived safely in Petropavlovsk, having been
transferred by helicopter on Saturday afternoon. Kim was then whisked
off to the local hospital where she has been receiving treatment and
is now fit to travel back with the rest of the group as planned. The
good news is that her injuries are not too serious and she should be
able to make a full recovery. Only a few more days and we'll all be
back home.
We're particularly grateful to the staff of Bystrinsky Nature Park for
all their help in organising things for us both in Esso and
Petropavlovsk.
